





Six floors and 69 feet is TOO TALL for our historic downtown
- It would be 450% larger (in volume) than existing Mill Pond bldg.
- The 6th floor only adds 3 expensive housing units
- With no waiver, zoning allows only 48 feet of height
- Allowing an extra 11 feet of height is not worth it
- 6,500 sqft. flat roof is inconsistent with Design Review Guidelines protecting skyline and historic character
